How do I create an event?
Click on "Create Events" in the navigation bar, fill out the event form with all the required details including name, date, time, location, category, and price. Once submitted, your event will be added to the platform and visible to all users.
How do I register for an event?
Browse events on the home page, click on any event card, and click the "Register" button. You'll be automatically registered and the event will appear in your "Find My Tickets" page. No login required for registration!
How do I find my registered events?
Go to "Find My Tickets" in the navigation menu. All events you've registered for will be displayed there. You can click "View Details" to see more information about any event.
How do I search for events?
Use the search bar in the header to search by event name, location, or city. You can also use the filters on the home page to filter by category, date, and price (free or paid).
What categories of events are available?
EventTribe supports five main categories: Music, Night Life, Performing & Visual Arts, Holidays, and Food & Drinks. Click on any category icon on the home page to learn more about that category.
Can I create free events?
Yes! When creating an event, simply enter 0 or leave the price field empty for free events. Free events are clearly marked on the platform.
How do I contact support?

Do I need to create an account to register for events?
No, you don't need to create an account to browse or register for events. However, creating an account allows you to manage your profile and access additional features.
How do I update or cancel an event I created?
Currently, event updates and cancellations need to be handled through our support team. Please contact support@eventtribe.com with your event details and requested changes.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All your information is stored locally in your browser and is not shared with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
